Mouse Anti-Human CD105/Endoglin, Antagonistic
Slide this table
|Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 200 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with purified human extracellular domain of Endoglin.
|human endoglin extra-cellular domain
|Blocking TGF-beta1 induced threonine/serine phosphorylation of endoglin
|Endoglin; END; ORW; HHT1; ORW1; CD105
|Endoglin, also known as CD105, is a type I integral transmembrane glycoprotein and is an accessory receptor for TGF-beta superfamily ligands. Endoglin is highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells, chondrocytes, and syncytiotrophoblasts of term placenta. It is also found on activated monocytes, mesenchymal stem cells and leukemic cells of lymphoid and myeloid lineages.
