|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|Mouse recombinant protein TNFSF18
|Activation-inducible TNF-related ligand, GITR Ligand, GITRL, Glucocorticoid-induced TNF-related ligand, TNFSF18, tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily member 18
|Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 18 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFSF18 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptor TNFRSF18/AITR/GITR. It has been shown to modulate T lymphocyte survival in peripheral tissues. This cytokine is also found to be expressed in endothelial cells, and is thought to be important for interaction between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.
