|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of TNFSF8 (also called CD30 ligand) extracellular domain.
|recombinant human TNFSF8 EC domain
|TNFSF8; CD153; CD30L; CD30LG
|CD30 Ligand, also known as TNFSF8, is a type II membrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. CD30 Ligand is expressed on the surface of activated T cells, B cells, and monocytes. The protein is also constitutively expressed on granulocytes and medullary thymic epithelial cells.
