Mouse Anti-Human TNFSF12
Slide this table
|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with Human TNFSF12 recombinant protein.

|TNFSF12; APO3L; DR3LG; TWEAK
|TWEAK is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. The extracellular domains of human and mouse TWEAK share 89% amino acid sequence identity. A soluble form of TWEAK is generated from the membrane-associated molecule by proteolytic cleavage after Arg 93, suggesting that TWEAK may have long-range effects. TWEAK is expressed widely in many tissues and cells.
