|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of TNFSF8 (also called CD30) extracellular domain.
|recombinant human TNFRSF8 EC domain

|CD30/TNFRSF8 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. The ligand for CD30 is CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 (CD153), a member of the TNF superfamily. CD30 ligation by CD30 Ligand mediates pleiotropic effects, including cell proliferation, activation, differentiation and apoptosis.
