|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse immunized with human recombinant protein of Integrin beta2. This IgG1 antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.
|recombinant human LAMP
|LAMP1; LAMPA; CD107a; LGP120
|The LAMP (lysosomal associated membrane protein) family consists of two members, LAMP-1 and LAMP-2. They are ubiquitously expressed type I transmembrane glycoproteins found in lysosomal and cell membranes. They are only 37% amino acid identical, and show no definitive structural domains. They are involved in autophagy and may bind selectins on the cell surface.
