Slide this table
|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of IL-11.
|recombinant human protein of IL-11
|IL11; AGIF; IL-11
|Interleukin 11 (IL-11), also known as adipogenesis inhibitory factor (AGIF), has multiple effects on both hematopoietic and nonhematopoietic cells. Many of the biological effects described for IL-11 overlap those for IL-6. IL-11 exerts its biological activities through binding to a specific high-affinity receptor complex consisting of an IL-11 receptor chain and gp130.
