Antigen | human recombinant Common gamma chain |
Application | WB, N |
Synonyms | Common gamma chain |
Description | When IL-2 R alpha is associated with the IL-2 receptor beta and gamma chains, a high affinity heterotrimeric receptor complex that transduces IL-2 signals is formed. The gamma chain is also the common signaling subunit of the high affinity receptor complex for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-15 and IL-21. |
