Mouse Anti-Human CD102
Slide this table
|Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of CD102 extracellular domain (also called ICAM-2).
|Human recombinant CD102 EC domain
|Intercellular adhesion molecule 2 (ICAM-2), also known as CD102, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and binds the leukocyte integrins LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18). ICAM-2 is constitutively expressed at high levels on vascular endothelial cells and lymphohematopoietic cells. ICAM-2 mediated adhesion has been shown to provide a co-stimulatory signal for T cell aggregation, NK cytotoxicity and NK cell migration.
