Mouse Anti-Human CD14
Slide this table
|Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
|Stability and Storage
|Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 °C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of CD14.
|recombinant human CD14
|soluble CD14, Monocyte differentiation antigen CD14
|CD14 is a 55 kDa GPI-linked cell surface glycoprotein that is preferentially expressed on monocytes/macrophages. The amino acid sequence of mature human CD14 is approximately 67% and 64% identical to the mouse and rat proteins, respectively.
