Description / anti-human TNFRSF18 (GITR) monoclonal antibody
GITR (glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor), also named AITR (activation-inducible TNFreceptor superfamily member) and TNFRSF18, is a 228amino acid typeI transmembrane protein belonging to the TNFreceptor superfamily. The GITR cytoplasmic domain has striking similarity to the cytoplasmic domain of 4-1BB and CD27.
