Description / anti-rat MCP-1/MCAF polyclonal antibody
CCL2, also known as JE or MCP1 (monocyte chemoattractant protein1), is a CC chemokine produced by fibroblasts, macrophages, astrocytes, mast cells, endothelial cells and osteoblasts. It functions as a chemoattractant through ligations with CCR2 on monocytes, macrophages and lymphocytes.
