Description / anti-human LIGHT polyclonal antibody
Human LIGHT is a type II membrane protein that is a member of the TNF superfamily (TNFSF14). LIGHT is an acronym that stands for is homologous to Lymphotoxins, exhibits Inducible expression, and competes with HSV Glycoprotein D for HVEM, a receptor expressed by Tlymphocytes. LIGHT has also been called HVEM-L and LT-gamma.
