This highly specific monoclonal, xeno-free anti-human IgG4 antibody is optimised for the selective detection and characterisation of human IgG4. IgG4 is a subclass of immunoglobulins that plays a unique role in immunological processes, particularly in chronic inflammation, autoimmune diseases and allergic reactions. The antibody is ideally suited for immunoassays, Western blots, ELISAs, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, where precise differentiation of IgG4 from other IgG subclasses is required. The antibody is engineered with a mouse Fc.
