Description / anti-human G-CSFR (CD114) monoclonal antibody
Human G-CSF R is 836 amino acids (aa) in length, with a 23 aa signal sequence, a 604 aa extracellular region, a 26 aa transmembrane segment, and a 183 aa cytoplasmic domain. As a result of alternative splicing, at least four isoforms of G-CSF R exist that differ in their transmembrane C-terminal region. Human and mouse G-CSF R are 64% identical at the aa level. G-CSF R is expressed in mature neutrophils, neutrophilic precursors, myeloid leukemia cells, and placenta.
