Description / anti-mouse Fc gamma RII monoclonal antibody
F cγ RII, also named CD32, is a lowaffinity receptor for the Fc region of complexed IgG. Three genes for human Fcγ RII (A, B and C) and one for mouse (Fcγ RIIB), encoding type I transmembrane proteins, have been identified. The extracellular domain of mouse Fcγ RII shares approximately 95% amino acid sequence identity with that of mouse Fcγ RIII/CD16.
