Description / ADAM-15
ADAM15 is a Metallopeptidase M12B type protease. ADAM metalloprotease-disintegrins mediate cell adhesion, proteolytic processing, and signal transduction. ADAM15 contains both protease and adhesion domains and may be involved in tumor invasion and metastasis.
