Monoclonal Antibody ; lyophilized
SPINT2; PB; Kop; HAI2; DIAR3; HAI-2
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of HAI-2 extracellular domain.
recombinant human HAI-2 EC domain
Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 °C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml.
HGF Activator Inhibitor type II (HAI2), also known as placental bikunin, is a Kunitztype protease inhibitor. It is a type I membrane protein containing 2 Kunitz inhibitor domains in its extracellular region. In mouse, at least three isoforms of HAI2 exist as a result of alternative splicing. Isoforms 2 and 3, also known as HAI2B and HAI2C, respectively, are both missing the first aminoterminal Kunitz inhibitor domain.
